If so why?: [/b]I haven't played on the server yet but as for legit bans from other servers i have been banned from are Pony Galaxy rp for rdm, in the name of the A.N.B.C Anti NeckBeard Coalition. And a day ban from some ww2 rp because i was breaking fail rp every other second, in my defence it was the first i played any dark rp server. [b]... Why do you want to be staff? (100 words minimum): [/b]Because I personally would hate to see another new server go to shit simply because of a lack of staff members to handle little shits abusing, for example lets say that there is a player who we'll call Swatmax1, Swatmax isn't the smartest child and he is more than a bit annoying. One day Swatmax rdms the server but because players are too incompetent to take actually screen shots, 99.99 percent, of the time he gets away free. Now imagine that there is a good staff member, lets call him Gorgian Breeze, is on the server when this happens. the little shit, boosted, unmenschlich, gets perm banned. [b]... What would you do if you you get a mass RDM report? [/b]Jail the players accused of the mass RDM, in an area where no other players can be harmed before banning for the maximum allotted time or letting the player go if they never broke the rules in the first place, if however it is obvious the player mass RDMed, either i watched or half the server is reporting them for good cause then they will be instantly banned from the server as long as possible. [b]... How would you deal with a basic minge? [/b]Warning. Kick if needed. If the problem continues then the player will be banned for ~3 days [b]... Why would we benefit from you being a part of our staff?  [/b]Because of the fact that I can be fairly active and I have had experience with staffing on other servers. [b]... Why should we consider you? (250 words minimum): [/b]I should be considered for staff on Alliance Gaming Dark Rp because of the above mentioned reasons, I have experience in multiple other servers working as staff especially in higher ranks such as admin and above. I can, assuming i am not at school, be active on the server to assure that rules are enforced. additionally the server as i understand is understaffed which is a problem especially if you consider the example of the minge by the name of Swatmax1 who, although "hypothetical" could easily make a popular server fall into disarray such was the way of a small server called awesomesauce gaming. Awesomesauce gaming at its prime had ~12-13 players in the server at any given moment which quickly changed when a few players began to regularly minge. Because the server had little staff and those who were in positions of authority were incompetent, to be generous, the server went from about 15 players on a good day to 3. Although this server is unlikely to suffer the same fate, based off of SEXY SAX MAN's inclusion in the staff roster it is still possible that a hit to the player base could happen to Alliance gaming.
